The lead singer of Electric Six has joined ‘Patreon’, a crowdfunding service where creators offer subscriptions that fans can pay for in return for content. He promises on his page a selection of covers for supporters.
‘Randy’s Hot Tonight!’ has been voted as the next song to be included in the ‘You’re Welcome’ Kickstarter, beating ‘Pulling the Plug on the Party’ to the top spot.

This follows ‘I Invented the Night’ and ‘Dance Pattern’ added on previous stretch goal votes. An additional stretch goal – not based around a vote – is expected today (Sunday).
The latest acoustic album by Dick Valentine is entitled ‘Quiet Time’ and will include acoustic versions of classic Electric Six songs including “I Buy The Drugs”, “Heartbeats and Brainwaves” and “When I Get to the Green Building”.

They stopped by the podcast on their way to the Freep Film Festival where the film is entered. Electric Six member Tyler Spencer adds some very colorful commentary via phone from Brooklyn.
